Pro Tip for fruit salad
I find that mixing some vanilla extract (about 1 tsp) and a TB honey in 1/3 cup fruit juice (orange juice is awesome, but so is pineapple juice) makes a really wonderful dressing for a fruit salad. Also, helps to keep it fresh. Win-win!
